Panel background colors

I am using the Titan skin as a base. I am trying to change the background color of the tab panels. For the life of me, I can't find which style sheet to modify and I haven't found an answer in the forums yet.

The image has what I want to change. I am not looking to change the background color of the form fields, just the tab background.

The rule you're looking for is .ui-tabs .ui-tabs-panel in the jquery.ui.tabs.css stylesheet.
