Google Fonts-Nova Implementation

Hey I just did a search for any step by step guides for how to implement using google fonts coding in skinning Nova, so I decided to make this and ask the experts if they could help guide with the What, Where, and How of integration of Google Fonts for Skinners.

Okay so I'm stupid and even though have already asked for help I still don't understand.

What is step 1 and please if you have any visual examples to look at would be helpful?
