Position Duplication

Position Duplication

I have been dealing with a Position Duplication issue since installing the most recent version of Nova available. At first there were six position and department duplications but we managed to delete those from the database. The department duplication hasn't happened since. However the positions, that has been recurring issue. It doesn't happen to every department. It only happens with Engineering, Science, Medical & Counselling and Civilian Affairs.

I currently have the text editor as the only installed mod but these issues were happening before it was installed.

Is there something specific that seems to trigger it? Is someone updating positions when it happens?
