Unusual error when attempting to delete a Site Message

Greetings all,

I am working on setting up a new site and I have been having an issue when deleting site messages.

Unfortunately, I am not the best with webcoding and such, so I am not exactly what the fix is. I have reuploaded the Nova folder, re-set the permissions to 7-7-7 and I still get the same issues. I can manually delete the items from the database (which is fine), but I would like to know if I have gone wrong somewhere.

Any advice would be appreciated
