Ship/Sim Status Mod Issue

Howdy, I love the ship/sim status mod. It looks really nice on my website and is part of the plans I have for revamping things. My only issue is that when I installed it and did everything in the readme, the menu bar disappears. I've attached a screenshot of what is happening.



Anything I did wrong, or a way I can fix it because I'd love to load it into my other skins but don't want the same issue to occur.
