No Value to loa_end_date

No Value to loa_end_date

Hello,

We are using the current version of Nova and every time a user submits an LOA request and error occurs stating that there is no default value for "loa_end_date". I have tried resetting this value to allow for null or no value but it does not work. I have tried to locate where this is in the code in hopes I can find out how to fix it but there is no dice.

Do you know what version of PHP and MySQL are running on your server?
