[Question] Email Via API

Good Day,

During the whole Host Gator hosting issue (page caching / refreshing), I tried to set up a 3rd party email service at A2. In the end, I learned that they do not allow 3rd party SMTP email clients for my hosting package.

I saw the below in a link that was provided when I was researching setting up a 3rd party email client.

SparkPost
Offers 100,000 free emails per month and includes an API that Nova NextGen is setup to use if you so choose.

Per A2, they allow third party mail sending via API.

Is this something that can be done in the current version of Nova?

Re: [Question] Email Via API

Is it possible? Probably, but I'm not sure because I've never looked into it. That being said, I won't be doing any work to add it to Nova 2. If someone is feeling ambitious, they're welcome to issue a pull request, but what limited time I have to work on Anodyne stuff is better spent on other efforts at this point.

No worries and quite understood. Thank you for your response.

Right now, A2 assures me that they do not "block" client emails, so we're good.
