Re: How Do You Like To Do It?
I mentioned this in another post yesterday, but my setup's changed a tad bit over the last couple of weeks. At this point, I'm using TextMate and the built in SVN bundle to work on SMS these days. It's nice using SVN, because it means I can easily keep the latest version up to date on whatever machine I'm on. Since I'm using SVN, I decided that I'd move development offline, so I'm using MAMP for a local server. Finally, I did make the jump to Adobe CS3, and on the off chance I need FTP, it's all done through Transmit.
Re: How Do You Like To Do It?
I do my main web editing in Dreamweaver 9 (cs3), sometimes use Notepad for quick fixes. Any graphics work I do in Photoshop 10 (cs3) or Illustrator 13 (cs3). Any uploads are either through the websites cpanel or using Filezilla.

Re: How Do You Like To Do It?
My setup has changed up a bit since I reinstalled OS X Leopard recently. I'm now running AMP directly, rather than through third party emulation, and through that I'm also running a local Subversion repository to manage essentially all of my code developments. So integral for versioning and change tracking. I've also upgraded to Adobe CS3, which has some nice upgrades to Photoshop. Still using Coda as my development platform. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)!-

Re: How Do You Like To Do It?
Well, I, too, eschew the IDEs.OS: Microsoft Windows XP SP3
Coding: Notepad 2 and Notepad++
Graphics: Photoshop CS3
FTP: FireFTP because none of the standalones seem to satisfy me (the only one that does is WS FTP Pro, and I don't feel like paying).
Local: WampServer (although I've used XAMPP in the past)
Dual boot with Ubuntu for compatibility testing.
Re: How Do You Like To Do It?
Operating System: Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy HeronText Editing: GEDIT v2.22.3
Coding: Eclipse Ganymede, Notepad++ (Run through WINE when it comes down to the wire)
Graphics: GIMP Image Editor v2.4.5
Browsers: Mozilla Firefox v3.0.3
FTP: FileZilla (When it comes down to it)
Version Control: SVN
Currently working on dual booting Windows XP SP3 only because the Boss is making me (not my personal laptop, otherwise Windows wouldn't even exist in its currently broken state).

Primarily I use dream weaver, however lately it's been a case of note pad and microsoft expression. >.> Expression is a useful tool that I haven't had any problems with yet.For images I use Photoshop
For audio I use Cinescore
...now for an operating system, I use Windows Vista, and the upgrade, Windows XP. Unfortunately the more I use Mac, the more I dislike it, and I have yet to try Linux.
