Wordpress hook for NOVA open positions

Greetings,
I have a wordpress site that I have along side my NOVA engine.
I have built a plugin into WP that attaches to NOVA, and pulls open positions and populates them on the WP page using SHORTCODES.

I invite anyone to come and look at it and please provide constructive criticism if needed.
